  • Your Personality Insight-DiSC:
Each participant will receive and score the DiSC self-assessment personality profile. The profile identifies four basic personality types and discusses most effective ways to identify, communicate and relate to each one. Understanding why individuals normally do what they do and developing ways to implement that awareness is a vital step in creating an environment that produces success and fulfillment in life. We embrace this concept and foster it throughout our training.

  •  Selective Recruitment and Hiring:
Designed for managers whose job responsiblities include interviewing and recruiters. A company is only as good as their employees. People are the most important part of any organization. While most businesses subscribe to that in theory, few embrace it in practice. Few businesses give their recruitment and hiring practices the attention it needs to hire the right people and place them in the right positions. We help you develop a practical system to recruit the right person and get them in the right position by:

  • Identifying the steps in the selection process
    Preparing thoroughly for the interview
Using lead questions and follow-up techniques to elicit job-related behavioral information
Adhering to EEO guidelines while interviewing diverse applicants
Evaluating candidates based on talent needed for the job and behavioral, job-related criteria
