Seclanda (Candy) Gellineau Biography
Candy Gellineau is Founder and President of The Metamorphosis Group, Inc. Candy has over twenty-five years of corporate experience, contributing to Fortune companies such as Xerox, Federal Express, and GE. While working for Xerox, Candy entered into a partnership-a children’s retail boutique which she later sold. After her experience with GE, she began her own corporate “B2B” business. Six years later, her family no longer wanted to endure her increased absence. Consequently, she dissolved that business and joined DBM Management Consulting Firm as Vice President (Sales). Later she headed up Consulting Services in the Midwest Region as Managing Director which included Executive Coaching. She oversaw career transition, organizational development, employee selection, employee retention, and seccession planning programs for clients and Fortune customers. An entrepreneur at heart, Candy started The Metamorphosis Group, Inc. A career and small business coaching service. Metamorphosis offers one-on-one high potential coaching to individuals and small businesses. They also conduct business related workshops for groups and corporations in need of professional growth. Candy has been featured in Essence Magazine, interviewed about coaching by the Chicago Tribune and appeared on CLTV-channel 32 in Chicago. She holds the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) awarded by International Coach Federation (ICF); and is a certified graduate of Coach U. She has successfully coached executives from Fortune Companies such as:
